Google has just started rolling out Android 7.0 Nougat to some Nexus owners world-wide, and while this is an ongoing process right now, we expect new devices to make their debut with this build pre-installed. LG V20 will be the worlds first gadget to run Nougat out of the box. The up and coming 2016 Nexus smartphones will also run Nougat, however, we wont be seeing them until October or November, when they are rumoured to go on sale.
On that note, information regarding the price tag of the two new Nexus’ has been allegedly leaked alongside a press image that shows the purported front of the lower-end Nexus, code name Sailfish.
The source claim that the higher-end Nexus smartphone, will have its price tag set at $599, while the lesser performant model will set one back $449.
Nexus, code name Marlin, is the high-end model and it will probably feature 5.5-inch display, wrapped in an all-metal unibody, it will be equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 821 CPU and 4 GB of RAM. The SailFish is rumoured to feature 5-inch Full HD display, the Snapdragon 820 CPU, 4 GB of RAM, 8 and 12MP cameras and run Android 7 Nougat.
