When it comes to smartphones, Philips is very modest. The Dutch company releases every now and then low to mid-range smartphones, but mainly in India or other Asian countries, and rarely in Europe.

Philips S653H is one such mid-tier device, which recently has been sighted in a handful of pictures. What we see here is beautiful all-metal design smartphone which bares a striking resemblance to the iPhone 6S or the HTC One A9.

In terms of hardware,¬†Philips S653H is said to feature 5.5-inch Full HD screen, it will pack MediaTek’s octa-core Helio X10 processor with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. The smartphone is quite the looker with its sleek and slim metal¬†unibody.

Philips S653H will also sport front and back 8MP cameras, a built-in 2,550 mAh battery with fast charging and it will probably run on Google’s Android Marshmallow operating system.

Pricing, launch date and market availability is unknown at this time.
