After a not so convincing 2015 for HTC, the Taiwanese mobile maker is looking forward to a great 2016 with the announcement of HTC 10 today (the 2016 flagship smartphone).
HTC 10 features a 5.2-inch Super LCD 5 display with 2K (2,560 x 1,440 pixels) screen resolution, comes packing Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage.
In addition, HTC 10 comes with two UltraPixel cameras (12MP sensor on the back, 5MP at the front) both with Optical Image Stabilization. The smartphone packs a 3,000 mAh non-removable that offers almost 2 days of use, according to HTC. The phone also comes with Quick Charge 3.0 technology, which allows fast charging — 50% in only 30 minutes.
HTC 10 has two Boomsound stereo speakers and Hi-Res sound certification. There is also a 24-bit DAC + sound amplifier and JBL in-ear headphones.
HTC’s flagship handset comes with an Aluminium unibody with chamfered edges on the back, measures 9mm in thickness and weighs a little over 160 grams in hand.
