Well, today, Samsung Electronics has started pushing out a firmware update to Galaxy S5 users in South Korea, which upgrades their smartphones to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. The update is available to all unlocked SM-G900L models connected to LG U+ carrier network, SamMobile reports.
The new firmware build G900LKLU1CPC3 brings a plethora of bug fixes, Marshmallow stability improvements and security patches to improve the overall user experience with the S5.
If all goes well in Korea, Samsung might soon start pushing Marshmallow to Galaxy S5 owners on other continents as well.
