As reported and expected since last month, LG Electronics begins testing LG G3 Marshmallow upgrade in accordance with its schedule, Poland being their favourite place for soak tests. This means that, if everything goes well within the next couple of weeks, LG G3 owners of the International variant could see an upgrade to Android 6.0 by the end of this year (or not). LG Electronics is already under heavy deployment of Marshmallow on to LG G4 around the world, and now they are prepping for a rollout to the 2014 best smartphone, the G3.
The LG G3’s Marshmallow firmware build V30a file size should be at least 1.4GB in size. If you see an upgrade notification for download and you do decide to install it, please let us know in the comments section below how is it running on your LG-D855 phone.
