Panasonic announces ELUGA Mark, a mid-range Android phone

Remember Panasonic? Yep, its them and they are back with another ELUGA branded Android smartphone, probably ment for the Indian market again. Called Panasonic ELUGA Mark, the smartphone is a mid-range device powered by Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop OS flavour.

Equipped with a 5.5-inch 720p HD display and rocking Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor, ELUGA Mark delivers premium build quality, as its entire body is made of anodized Aluminum, although not that thin at 8.2mm.

ELUGA Mark’s screen resolution is 1,280 x 720 pixels, it comes with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage expandable for up to 32GB more via a microSD card slot, a non-removable 2,500 mAh battery, 5 and 13MP cameras. Also worth mentioning are the dual SIM slots, 3G/4G connectivity and the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone.

No word on its pricing, nor regional availability information either, but we will be back with more once we hear anything.
