Samsung Electronics is going to introduce several new smartphones under the Galaxy A series soon, whether it is by the end of the year or early next year at CES 2016 in Las Vegas, we don’t know for sure, however, we know a little bit about the phones, as they keep leaking out on the Internet.

This time is the Galaxy A9, which was sighted over the weekend at GeekBench sporting Qualcomm’s MSM8976 motherboard, which translates in to being equipped with a Snapdragon 620 SoC with X8 LTE technology that will offer up to 300Mbps download speeds and up to 100Mbps upload speed.

According to Geekbench’s new listing, the Samsung SM-A9000 which might adopt the new 2.5D glass back design the Galaxy Note 5 came with earlier this year, and which we will probably see on the Galaxy A7 and Galaxy A5, unless Samsung has other plans with the Galaxy A9.

In terms of specs, the Galaxy A9 will feature a 5.5″ Full HD display, the octa-core Snapdragon 620 CPU, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage, .
