Redmi Note 2 Pro gets caught on camera from various angles, a few days ahead of official launch in China.
Xiaomi is one of the most promising Chinese manufacturers in recent years, so promising that former Google’s VP, Hugo Barra, left the company to lead Xiaomi’s International division as Vice president.
The rumour has it that Xiaomi is going to launch a new product on November 24 (next week) dubbed Redmi Note 2 Pro, sequel to the affordable phablet Redmi Note 2. The handset will likely feature a unibody metal design and some rather interesting hardware features.
Redmi Note 2 Pro will feature according to TENAA (Chinese certification authority) a 5.5-inch Full HD display, will be equipped with MediaTek’s Helio X10 (MT6795) chipset, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, fingerprint sensor, 5 and 13MP cameras and a 3,060 mAh battery. As for the OS, probably a customized MIUI ROM version based on Android 5.1 Lollipop, which will be later upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
