Google announced Android Pay for a while now, and it has been hard at work since. Google’s own mobile payment system similar to Apple Pay is now launched in the US, but not fully deployed. Some additional features, store locations and banks will be coming to Android Pay in the following months.
In the US, Android Pay already supports credit and debit cards such as American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa, people using an Android phone (KitKat and above) equipped with NFC technology will be able to easily buy things with their phone. Google says their mobile payment service is already supported by over a million locations all over USA, including Office Depot, Toys R Us, GameStop and many others.
Android Pay app is also available for download via Google Play store, just hit the source link below to get it on your smartphone.
