Looks like Samsung is going to unleash a new and affordable tablet, that will probably be marketed as Galaxy Tab E (model SM-T560 and SM-T561). The unannounced device feature a 9.6″ HD display, Spreadtrum SC7730SE SoC with quad-core CPU clocked at 1.3GHz, it has 1.5GB of RAM and a Mali-400 MP4 GPU, which might allow one to run 3D graphics based games from Google Play store.
Additionally, Galaxy Tab E packs a 5,000 mAh battery, comes with 2 and 5MP cameras, WiFi, Bluetooth connectivity and 3G optional, which means there will be a WiFi-only and a SIM enabled variant. The tablet is said to run on Google’s Android 4.4 Kitkat, not Lollipop, but it will also come pre-installed with Microsoft’s Office package as part of their recent agreement with the software giant.
Samsung Galaxy Tab E 9.6 is 8.5mm thick, wieighs 490 grams and comes with a plasticky punctured back for better grip. It will be available in Black, White or Brown-ish colors and it will cost between 180 and 200 Euro.
