Leaked Galaxy S6 Active press images show both Black and White versions of the shock and waterproof smartphone.
Yes, we know, it is disappointing that Samsung didn’t make the Galaxy S6 or the Galaxy S6 Edge waterproof, but if you are looking for such a variant then you are in luck, because Samsung Electronics is going to launch the Galaxy S6 Active soon, at least in the US via AT&T carrier as some recently leaked press images hint.
The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active has been spotted in real life in a couple of images, 24 hours later, thanks to @evleaks (yes he is retired from this game, or is he) we get to take a good look at both Black and the White version of this tank of a smartphone.
So what do we know in terms of hardware and build? Well, it looks like the Samsung SM-G890A (S6 Active’s model number for AT&T), will not sport fingerprint technology in order to be waterproofed, we assume, hence the physical menu button layout at the bottom. Then, we’ve noticed the speaker has been moved at the back, but other than that it will feature almost similar hardware specifications, a better battery though – 3,000 mAh.
Samsung Galaxy S6 Active could go on sale at AT&T by the end of this month.
