LG Electronics announces G4, one of the best smartphone this year, with 2K display, 64-bit Snapdragon processor, exquisite camera lens, ceramic or leather back and many other interesting features.
In a press event which took place today simultaneously in 6 capitals around the world (London, New York, Paris, Singapore, Seoul and Istanbul), LG Electronics introduced the LG G4, “the most ambitious smartphone yet,” as the company likes to call it, and one of the most anticipated flagship phones of 2015, after LG G3 claimed the “Best smartphone of 2014.”
The LG G4 (LG-F500) is defined by its slim Arc design, which according to LG is 20% more durable than the flat design of most smartphones today. Carefully crafted by hand, the LG G4 comes in either ceramic or leather and in several colors.
LG G4 packs Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 808 processor with X10 LTE, 3GB of RAM, 32GB of built-in storage (microSD card slot included and hidden underneath the removable back along with the SIM slot) and a 16MP main camera with f 1.8 aperture, optical image stabilization 2.0 and worlds first Camera Color Spectrum sensor, which is capable of capturing more light (especially in dark places) while focusing on surrounding objects too.
In addition, the G4 feature a 3,000 mAh removable battery to power the gorgeous 5.5-inch Quantum HD display, with 2560 x 1440 pixels screen resolution and whopping 538ppi. LG G4 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with the latest LG UX 4.0 on top of it that brings software features such as QuickShot, a new Gallery app, improved Smart Notice, Even Pocket and more.
The LG G4 rollout starts tomorrow, April 29, and it will be available from more than 180 network operators around the world.
