This week Xiaomi has started rolling out Xiaomi Mi 4i global smartphone, with India being the first market where the smartphone will go on sale as of April 30 for 12,999 Rupees (about $200, £130, 150 Euros) followed by Taiwan from May, and Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia later on.
In terms of specs the Xiaomi Mi 4i is considered a mid-range device, but with quite the hardware. For instance, it is equipped with a 5-inch Full HD SHARP JDI display, protected by a sheet of Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 octa-core processor (4 cores x 1.7GHz + 4 cores 1.1GHz), which also brings 4G LTE to this device. Other specs, include 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM (microSD card slot), 13MP main camera with dual-tone LED Flash, 5MP front-facing camera, WiFi a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and a 3,120 mAh battery.
The Xiaomi Mi 4i is a dual SIM device (supports a total of 16 FDD-LTE and TD-LTE bands). Of corse, it runs Android, MIUI 6 ROM based on Lollipop flavour.
Made of soft touch plastic material, the Xiaomi Mi 4i will be available in five colors: blue sky, yellow, pink, white and black.
