Wednesday, April 15th, is the date you want to save in your agenda, that if you are a fan of Huawei or a press agent, because on this day, the Chinese OEM is going to launch its flagship smartphone — Huawei P8, in London, UK, along with a more accessible variant called Huawei P8 Lite.
Earlier this morning, our friends from the other side of the globe, at Ausdroid, released a couple of renders portraying these two new devices, but were immediately taken down at Huawei’s request, which can only mean one thing, that these are the real deal.
The Huawei P8 is said to feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display, Kirin 935 processor, 3GB of RAM, 16GB of built-in storage (microSD card slot included), 13MP rear-camera, 5MP in the front, 2,520 mAh battery and Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with the latest Emotion UI on top of it.
Being more affordable, the Huawei P8 Lite comes naturally with down-sized specifications. The smartphone feature a 5-inch HD display (1280 x 720 px), octa-core 1.2GHz processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of ROM (internal storage), 5 and 13MP cameras and Lollipop OS with Emotion Ui as well.<
