Not only Huawei have announced a new tablet at MWC, but they also got a new smartwatch, the Huawei Watch. The smartwatch has a 1.4-inch AMOLED display, scratch-proof sapphire crystal lens, cold-forged stainless steel frame, and comes with a built-in heart rate monitor and 6-Axis motion sensors.
The design of the smartwatch is classy. It’s display, a 400×400 unit, has a respectable pixel density of 286ppi. The Huawei Watch is powered by Android Wear, which means it’s compatible with Android devices running on Android 4.3 or later. Under the hood, it houses a 1.2GHz Qualcomm processor, 512MB RAM, Bluetooth 4.1, heart rate sensor, barometer and a plethora of other sensors.
The Huawei Watch will be available in more than 20 countries, starting in United States, United Kingdom, Argentina, etc.
