Gionee to launch the next worlds thinnest smartphone at MWC2015

Gionee Elife S7, to claim the worlds slimmest smartphone next month at MWC 2015.

Remember, Gionee, the Chinese mobile maker that claimed in the past the title for the worlds thinnest smartphone with its Gionee Elife S5.1? Well, they lost that title to Oppo R5 (only 4.85mm in thickness), followed recently by CoolPad’s Ivvi K1 Mini (only 4.7mm), but they might get it back at Mobile World Congress 2015 in Barcelona, where the OEM is rumoured to launch Gionee Elife S7 measuring only 4.6mm in thickness. How crazy is that? It will be really hard to equip it with a 3.5mm headphones jack.

The source of this leak claim Gionee Elife S7 will feature a 5-inch screen or close to this size, 2GB of RAM and a 2,800 mAh battery underneath its skinny housing. At the moment this is all the hardware information we have but will leave you enjoy its design with this alleged image of the Gionee Elide S7.
