VAIO’s first Android smartphone (VAIO VA-10J) retail box caught on cam

VAIO VA-10J, brand’s first Android smartphone retail packaging show up in Japan.

Now that VAIO is no longer a Sony brand, but one entirely owned by the Japan Industrial Partners group, it’s first Android smartphone, yes, smartphone not laptop, could debut at Mobile World Congress this March.

In a conference organized by J-Communications Inc (full video recording at the bottom of this article), which recently took place in Japan, the retail box of the first VAIO Android smartphone (model number VAIO VA-10J) got caught on camera at the event.

So far, the JIP Group did not reveal any information about its first ever Android smartphone, the VAIO VA-10J, but judging from these pictures it will probably feature a 4.5 to 5-inch IPS TFT multi-touch screen.

We will learn more at MWC2015, where VAIO brand will hold a press event.
