ZTE quietly announces Blade S6 4G LTE with Android 5.0 & metal unibody

In a more than formal announcement, today, ZTE Corp announced Blade S6 smartphone equipped with 4G LTE technology and powered by Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. ZTE says that with this phone the company aims to a more younger audience.

ZTE Blade S6 boasts six key features designed to provide customers wold-class experience. First feature would be ZTE’s Smart Sense gesture motion control, the second is Qualcomm 64-bit Snapdragon 615 octa-core chipset, a SLR like ultra-high-definition main camera, Hi-Fi Sound, ZTE’s MiFavor 3.0 UI (user interface) and the AliveShare application for network-less communication.

Blade S6 4G LTE is equipped with a 5-inch HD screen, feature 13MP camera sensor on the back from Sony, 5MP camera in the front, 2GB of RAM, Adreno 405 GPU and a 2,400 mAh battery hidden underneath Blade 6’s all-metal unibody.

The retail price for the ZTE Blade S6 is $249.99 US. ZTE Blade S6 will be available online globally on AliExpress, and with Amazon and eBay in selected markets.It will also be available through Qool International Ltd distributor, and exclusively at the Hong Kong mobile operator csl. and other major retail channels including Suning, Dream Team, Sun Shine Telecom, Cyber Telecom, 188 Digital.com, Pak Lik and I Mobile in Hong Kong.
