It’s that time of year again folks, Google are going to update their Nexus line of smartphones and tablets, if you remember the ludicrous amount of leaks last year, before we heard any official announcement, you’ll remember it went on for a while. Well, it doesn’t look like this year is going to be any different.
The soon to be released Google flagship, undeniably looks a lot like this year’s Moto X, with Motorola rumoured to be the manufacturer of choice, it’s not hard to see why, the alleged Nexus 6 has a sharper edge at the bottom versus the 2014 Moto X.
This leak comes courtesy of supposedly retired leaker @evleaks. The Nexus 6 or Motorola Shamu, as it has been code-named will purportedly sport a 5.9 inch quad HD screen, that’s a resolution of 2560 x 1440, as well as a Snapdragon 805 chipset and a 13 megapixel shooter round the back with OIS.
The rumour has it that Google is going to unveil the next Android version codename Licorice sometime this month along with a couple of new Nexus devices.
