The word on the streets is that HTC is going to build the 2014 Nexus tablet, but whether it is a Nexus 8 or a Nexus 9 nobody knows for certain, however, we are pretty sure that it wont be a 7-incher device anymore. Recently Nvidia spilled the beans while the worlds leading GPU maker filled some documents that were mentioning the name HTC Nexus 9 and the fact that it will be powered by NVIDIA’s Tegra K1 64-bit processor. Other rumoured specs include a whooping 4GB amount of RAM and NFC. The price tag of this tablet is rumoured around $399 / £250.
Earlier this morning Twitter account @UpLeaks shared an image (above) of an alleged HTC T1 tablet a.k.a Nexus 9, which Google is expected to announce it sometime within the next 20 to 30 days alongside Nexus 6 smartphone and the latest Android L build. Some followers of the source immediately replied to challenge the authenticity of the image. In response to the allegation, UpLeaks backed his leak with the following statement:
@PiotrGoreckiJr you’ll say “sorry” to me after announced officially…;)

On a side note, HTC is reportedly also working on its own couple of tablets – HTC T7 and HTC T12.
