Moto G sequel might go on sale on September 10 for 250 Euro

Moto G sequel (Moto G2) expected to go on sale until mid-september, an undisclosed retail source claim.

While Motorola acquisition by Lenovo is still pending for review, the North American mobile maker preps a couple of new smartphones for this autumn, including the Moto X and Moto G sequel.

According to GSMArena‘s “reliable source” Motorola’s Moto G2 could go on sale for 250 Euros as early as next month, September 10, which could mean that both, the flagship and the affordable 2014 Moto series phones will be announced at the same event later this month.

Moto G2 (Moto G+1) is expected to feature a larger screen (5-inch in diagonal), the same 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, same quad-core Snapdragon 400 clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 305 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The main camera however, will be better, it will feature an 8MP sensor.

The official announcement of these new Moto phones is expected from mid to late august.
