G3S introduced in Europe, Germany as the LG G3 mini aka G3 Beat.
Yesterday, LG Electronics introduced what it is the mini version of its current flagship smartphone, the LG G3 Beat. It appears that in Europe, more precisely in Germany, the G3 Beat has been launched under a different name – LG G3s.
It is common for carriers (especially in the US, Verizon Wireless) to rebrand a certain device just to make it “unique” and create a little more confusion within the mobile world.
Like G3 Beat, the G3S packs the same hardware and almost the same features as the flagship LG G3. It has a 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU, 1GB of RAM, 2,540 mAh battery, 8MP shooter on the back with the laser beam based Autofocus, the same design nicknamed Floating Arc that delivers a semi-metallic housing (a mixture between aluminium and plastic) and KitKat with the latest Optimus UX experience.
The G3s costs 350 Euros in Germany and it is available in all three metallic colors: Black, White and Gold, like the power-house G3.
