Just last week Motorola announced that they’ve started pushing out Android 4.4.4 to Moto X, Moto G and Moto E in India, and this week took it to its blog to let you know that they have expanded the roll out to other regions as well as follows:
We just started rolling out in Brazil and India for Moto G; in Brazil, France, Canada, and Asia Pacific for Moto E; in the U.S. for DROID Ultra. We are always working to deploy the latest software as fast as possible and expect the update to come to many more phones soon. Check out the software updates page to see if your phone has been upgraded yet.
Moto series Android 4.4.4 update includes all of the goodies of Android 4.4.3 like the new Dialer, ability to Pause during video recording, enhanced camera and image quality, also adding to all this an enhanced security for the OpenSSL.
There’s also word that Kitkat upgrade will be rolling out soon to Droid Ultra, Maxx and Mini and we are expecting RAZR HD (XT925) to be included in this series of upgrades.
Expect more news from Motorola on the following weeks as more Moto series owners will be treated with KitKat goodies in other regions too, and there’s a rumour that Android L is coming as well later in the year to some.
