At a presentation that took place in China, Lenovo has revealed its first 64-bit Lenovo A805e smartphone that pack Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 410 chipset announced late last year. The handset is due for this month, according to Lenovo’s representatives at Tianyi Fair.
Lenovo has done great things in the smartphone segment so far, and with the acquisition of Motorola Mobility from Google, it will take the OEM even further in this segment. It will attempt to take on Samsung and Apple’s ranking in the near future.
Lenovo A805e feature a 5.5-inch (960 x 540) display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor (ARM Cortex-A53), 1GB of RAM, 8GB of built-in storage (micro SD slot) and it is a dual SIM device ment for the Chinese market. In fact, China Mobile has been one of the main sponsors at the event. The phone also comes with a faux-leather back like we’ve seen before on devices such as the Galaxy Note 3.
It has been said that the 64-bit Lenovo A805e smartphone will cost a little under $200, which makes it an affordable handset for Asia.
