A picture of a Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition which briefly replaced the Galaxy S4 Google Play Edition listing image, appeared earlier last week on the Play store. The press render raised some confusion among Android users and the question: Is Google is prepping a Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition to replace Samsung’s last year flagship phone, which is powered by Android stock operating system or was it a random mistake? We think, not.
We should expect the Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition to go on sale in the following weeks via Google Play store in key markets that have access to Google’s mobile devices category, like the US, the United Kingdom, Japan, Germany and France. If we left someone out please leave a comment down below and also tell us if you’re fond of the Galaxy S5 GPE.
Will you be buying the Galaxy S5 Google Play Edition with less software features, but with a cleaner Android OS or will you choose the original Galaxy S5 filled with Samsung Health apps and a bundle of other features?
