Iconia A5-810 leaks, hints at a premium Android tablet.
Acer is not fully dedicated to smartphone and tablet segment as it hasn’t launched something majestic yet, but rather focused on low-entry and mid-range devices mostly.
This year it is rumored that Acer will introduce at least 10 new Android devices, including a new Iconia tablet featuring a Full HD screen, octa-core processor and Android 4.4.2, according to GFX Bench website.
Acer Iconia A5-810 a new 7.9-inch tablet from Taiwan-based manufacturer has been spotted in a listing on GFX Bench site, which is powered by KitKat operating system, it comes with the new Octa-core MediaTek MT8392 processor clocked at 1.6GHz, Mali-450 MP4 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB built-in storage.
Other specs listed are a 5MP rear-facing camera (shoots 1080p video) and a 2MP front-facing cam, Bluetooth 4.0 and WiFi connectivity.
Iconia A5-810 is expected to debut sometime around Computex 2014 in Taipei, if not earlier.
