ZTE Red Bull V5 is a fresh mid-range offering from the Chinese smartphone giant. Make no mistake though, it’s in no ways connected with the Austrian energy drink brand Red Bull.
The Red Bull V5 is made for the young, and probably anyone else seeking for an affordable, yet capable device. Its hardware features include a 5-inch HD display, a quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor, 13MP rear-facing camera plus a 5MP secondary cam, Android 4.3 Jellybean with 2.0 V5 Nubia UI. It comes two variants: with 1GB RAM and 4GB storage or 2GB RAM and 8GB storage. Both have LTE support.
The ZTE Red Bull will be available on April 16 for 799 yuan ($130) and 999 yuan ($162), for the 1GB/4GB and 2GB/8GB versions respectively. It will be initially available in China, but we are not sure if it will make it to other countries.
