We’ve read countless leaks now regarding the HTC M8 or “The all new One” as it may be called, we’ve seen full press renders in all the colours it’ll be available in, we’ve even seen a 12 minute hands on video which reviews the phone, so you would think at some point we would have had a spy of the Phone’s technical specifications, but oddly enough we haven’t, until now that is.
A new sell sheet has detailed the Phone’s specs in all their glory, the 2014 flagship will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801, which is clocked at 2.3GHz, as well as that also confirmed by the document is a 5 inch 1080p screen, up from last year’s 4.7 inch display.
For all your apps and media there is 16GB of on-board storage, which is of course expandable via the microSD. On the front of the device is a 5 megapixel shooter, there’s no word on the megapixel count of the back’s camera, just the confirmation that the Ultra pixel tech HTC put in last year’s One is back again. Keeping everything ticking over is a 2,600 MAh battery. All of these mouth watering specs are contained inside a beautiful aluminium chassis which is 9.35mm thick and weighs in at 160 grams.
There’s a great deal of hardware specifications and news but there’s not a great deal of information regarding the software of the device, we know the M8 is going to come rocking Sense 6 and perhaps a visual overhaul to BlinkFeed from previous leaks, but this latest document goes no further apart from stating that there will be various news gestures for waking the phone and entering blink feed, such as double tapping and swiping the phone.
