The sequel to the original NVIDIA TegraNote has leaked on AnTuTu’s site, also revealing some of its hardware specs. It will hold the same name, TegraNote, but will carry the version number P1761. Oh, and it will feature, for the first time, the new Tegra K1 chip, a great improvement over the Tegra 4.
The new TegraNote runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat, which is the latest from Google. It provides 2GB RAM and 16GB storage, and its display is of FullHD resolution. Its CPU is clocked at 2.1GHz, though it didn’t fail to impress when it was benchmarked with AnTuTu. It scored 38323, a score that may improve once it goes out of test phase.
The announcement date of the new TegraNote is still not known, we don’t even know if it’s going to be showcased at MWC. Let’s hope that NVIDIA says a word about this and clears the clouds.
