HTC One 2 pictured ahead of launch or just another hoax to create a new wave of rumours around it.
As we approach rapidly HTC’s 2014 main event (the launch of HTC M8) more and more details emerge every week, some close to what the next flagship HTC One 2 will feature, others way out of line in terms of credibility.
The last 24 hours revealed the HTC One 2 front and back in a few in the wild taken pictures. Whether these photos are for real or not is debatable, however one thing is certain, it creates a lot of stir and excitement around it, which, yes, its good for marketing.
The HTC One 2 is said to feature a 5 inch Full HD screen, powered by a Snapdragon 805 chipset clocked at 2.5GHz, likely 3GB of RAM, dual cameras on the back (if below image is genuine) and a 5MP front-facing camera. Other rumored specs include a fingerprint scanning technology and on-screen navigation keys. No more physical buttons in 2014. HTC One 2 will run on Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS with a new HTC Sense 6.0 UI on top of it.
Official announcement expected next month, after Mobile World Congress 2014.
