Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite show up in benchmarking, disappoints everyone

Galaxy Tab 3

There’s quite a bit of Samsung news floating about today, first up is news of the Galaxy Tab 3 Lite (SM-T111) which unlike some predicted wasn’t officially announced at CES, that hasn’t stopped it grabbing headlines though, it’s made an appearance on quite a few certification tests so far and now it’s been spotted on benchmarking site GFXBench.

The appearance on the site, left many extremely underwhelmed by what they saw, a 1024 X 600 resolution, 1.2 GHz and Android 4.2.2, not exactly earth shattering stuff, but the key element in Samsung’s strategy here is the price, and with the tablet rumoured to be launching for 100 Euros (£82, $135) it’s likely to turn a few heads, regardless of the specifications.
