Back in June 2013, Huawei announced its first premium device, the Ascend P6, which made quite the impact in the smartphone segment with its metallic slim and sleek housing, however the handset lack some speed and it also overheats in hand at heavy usage (in-game mostly).
Throughout the second half of 2013 we have heard rumours about an improved variant dubbed Huawei Ascend P6S / Ascend P7, which could finally land next week in Las Vegas at CES 2014 as the Chinese electronics maker has just released a teaser titled “More speed coming to Vegas.”
The video description also hints at ‘more speed, more power, and more screen.” which could mean that Ascend P6 sequel is about to get unveiled, but it could also refer to the recently leaked in a few photographs – Ascend Mate 2.
Huawei is also expected to announce an octa-core processor next week in Las Vegas. Whatever Huawei device the company hints at, we are pretty sure that we are talking about an upgraded model. Check the trailer.
