Android 4.4 update pushes out slowly to Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and Droid Mini

Previous week Verizon rolled out a Android 4.4 update (soak test firmware update) to Motorola’s new series of Droids: Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and Droid Mini, that is now finally available to everyone else, but in stages (within the number of slots available on Verizon servers).

The new firmware version 19.5.3 which brings KitKat to 2013 Motorola Droid range spreads out OTA (over the air). Aside from upgrading to Android 4.4 experience, users will also get updates from Motorola, including new Camera app, FitBit support, Droid Zap v2.0, and more. Check Verizon PDF change log for all the details on the new software update.
