Asus PadFone Infinity

The Asus PadFone Infinity which was unveiled by Asus at MWC back in March of this year, it came packing a razor sharp display, 4G support and a lightning fast quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor.

The phone created by the Nexus 7 manufacturers looks like it’s going to stay relevant for a while yet, as ASUS ¬†announced today it would be deploying an OTA update to 4.4 KitKat. If you purchased the European version of the Asus PadFone Infinity (Asus PadFone A80) then you can expect to receive the Android 4.4 update some time “In the first quarter of 2014,” which admittedly covers quite a large period of time.

If you purchased the Asus PadFone Infinity A86 you can expect to receive the update in the second quarter of 2014, which is an even longer period of time.
