Moto X to taste KitKat soon, Moto Maker expanded to other carriers

The Moto X has been out for quite some time in the U.S and users were already asking when Motorola’s customization Moto Maker service would be made available.

The service previously exclusive to AT&T has been made available to Sprint, Verizon and T-Mobile as well. The service basically allows new Moto X buyers to select from a wide set of colors for the device’s backing, front edge, and accents. It’s worth noting that there are over 2000 possible permutations!

The other good news is obviously Android 4.4 KitKat which will be rolling out to current Moto X handsets ‘soon’.

Any user from Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile or AT&T can grab a custom 16GB Moto X phone starting at $99 on a new two year contract.
