Yesterday serial leaker @evleaks tweeted an image which was showing a purported Moto G smartphone and he also throw in some specs, mentioning that this was a tip. Apparently his tipster is wrong or at least according to a new promotional material send over to GSMArena by an anonymous source that claims the ad belongs to Phones4U retailer.
If this new promo ad is for real, then the Moto G will feature a 4.5 inch display and not a 4.7-inch, the CPU is a Snapdragon but clocked at a lower frequency – 1.2GHz, the camera is also less capable – 5MP (720p video recording) instead of 8MP sensor, 1.3MP front facing camera, Bluetooth 4.0, HSPA+, WiFi connectivity, 8GB internal storage and Android 4.3 Jellybean.
Moto G will be available from Phones4U for £134.95 off contract, according to the source, which will make this device a real bargain for Christmas.
A cheaper version of Moto X would be on your shopping list for the holidays at this price?
