It isn’t a mystery that the growing Chinese underdog Oppo is planning to release a new device this Fall, called the Oppo N1. Oppo has made a big fuss about it for the last couple of weeks, and the leaks just can’t seem to end. Now we have another batch of photos that showed us the coming smartphone in more details.
From the upper image we can see that the new Oppo smartphone has a practically bezelless front panel, mainly occupied by the huge 5.9-inch FullHD display. The top of the phone has a curvature, making it a little more distinct from the rest of the Android crop. The photo also reveals a part of N1’s camera UI, which offers advanced functions to complement the 12MP shooter found on the back of the device.
The retail box of the Oppo N1 is as small as it gets, getting the size of the smartphone into perspective. Nothing much can be said about it though, except that it looks very stylish. Oppo has clearly taken the minimalistic approach with this one, and we like that.
The official announcement of the new phone is scheduled to September 23. We will be covering the event, so stay connected.
