HTC is going to go really big for the first time with its 5.9 inch HTC One Max phablet, and aside from its extremely large body size, it will also feature fingerprint recognition technology. A leaked photo coming from Asia via ePrice (picture above) comes to confirm that hTC One Max fingerprint scanner is a reality and according to their source, the device will be available by the end of October.
The same picture also reveals three dots or whatever those are down at the bottom of the right side of the handset. Our guess is that those are the pin connectors for a docking station.
HTC One Max is rumored to pack a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz with 2GB of RAM, a 3,300 mAh battery and in terms of internal storage HTC willl sell this phablet in 16/32/64 GB variants.
It has been said that HTC is currently testing a dual-SIM model in China with a removable back plate, to allow access to both SIM slots as well as to the microSD card slot.
HTC could make this device official during IFA 2013, in Berlin next month.
