The third-biggest mobile maker in Korea, Pantech has announced that they will be launching a new device on Monday, August 5, dubbed Pantech Vega LTE-A. The new device adopts the LTE Advanced (twice the 4G LTE speed) technology, which customers in South Korea are already experiencing it through all three major carriers thanks to the Galaxy S4 LTE-A.
Pantech Vega LTE-A said to feature a 5.6 inch (1920×1080) display, Qualcomm Snapdrgon 800 processor clocked at 2.3GHz, 13 megapixels camera, and Android 4.2.2 Jellybean. Vega LTE-A will go on sale via SK Telecom network operator who will also market the LG G2, which also comes with LTE Advanced technology, but with shrunken display (5.2 inch).
