We know Samsung Electronics is going to launch the third-generation of its critically acclaimed Galaxy Note series phablet sometime in the next couple of months. The rumors talk about a first ever device to feature 3GB of RAM, powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 800 chipset as well as Samsung’s upgraded Exynos 5 Octa 5420 SoC.

Other rumored specs talk about a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED Full HD (1920×1080) display, a 13 megapixels rear camera, new and improved S Pen, Android 4.3 and its model number Samsung SM-N900, which was not to long ago confirmed by Samsung Kazakhstan website.

We are expecting Samsung to launch the new Galaxy Note III device at IFA 2013, in Berlin, Germany, in September.
