Back in June, Samsung Kazahkstan unintentionally revealed the model number of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note III phablet — SM-900, well, with an extra zero at the end (typo). More recently, we have learned that Galaxy Note III will be available in several variants (different model numbers according to each carrier), with a certain CPU like the Galaxy S4 which is available with a Qualcomm CPU as well as with a Samsung Exynos octa-core processor.
In terms of specs, PocketDroid just got tipped about a couple of new purported manual/guide sketches of Galaxy Note III SM-N900 which hints at a 13 megapixels rear-camera with a Xenon LED Flash beside and a dedicated camera button on the right side (front) where the power button sits, but positioned way lower.
Our tipster points out that the Samsung Galaxy Note III will feature a 5.7 inch Super AMOLED display, likely with a Full HD screen resolution, and the fact the phablet will go on sale in two variants like the current flagship Galaxy S — with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU and the other powered by Samsung’s Exynos 5 Octa core CPU.
Samsung Galaxy Note III likely will run out of the box Android 4.3 JellyBean OS version and it is expected to launch sometime in early September.
