Sharp SHL22 Smartphone With Android 4.2 And Snapdragon 600 In-Tow Launches in Japan


sharp shl22Sharp launched a new high-end smartphone under its portfolio, enter the Sharp SHL22. It’s a water and dust-resistant adventurer that could be seen on Japanese shelves from July 12.

Promising high-end performance in all departments, the Sharp SHL22 can be proud of its 4,9-inch 720p HD display featuring Sharp’s new IGZO technology, providing an enhanced image quality while keeping the battery consumption low. The smartphone uses a flagship-standard 13MP camera with f/1.9 aperture. The heart of the SHL22 is a fast-ticking Snapdragon 600 processor clocked at 1,7GHz, while the memory is set to 2GB. Sharp equipped the new smartphone with 16GB storage and a beefy 3080mAh battery. Lastly, the SHL22 runs on skinned Android 4.2 Jellybean.
