HTC One has been made official back in February running Android 4.1.2 JellyBean, not the Android 4.2, but HTC assured its customers that an upgrade will be available soon after they started selling it. At least they are keeping this promise, because they failed recently with HTC One S.
Android 4.2.2 software update has been reportedly rolling out in Taiwan at the beginning of the week that just ended, and it looks like Europeans are receiving the same treatment as numerous reports coming from select countries talk about it.
The latest build is available OTA (over the air) and it should bring features like Battery percentage in the Notification bar, DayDream, Quicksettings, interactive notifications, Lockscreen widgets support, as welll as stability to the phone and enhancements to previous features.
To check if the latest update is available in your country, just hit the Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check updates, and if you do manage to download and install it tell us about it in the comments down below. Enjoy!
