The Galaxy S4 Mini, one of Samsung’s latest midrange addition to the 2013 Galaxy lineup has just surface at Carphone Warehouse at an introductory price of £27 per month. That more or less indicates that the handset shall soon hit worldwide shelves next month.
Carphone Warehouse lists the both white & black Galaxy S4 Mini available but anything concerning shipping details has not yet been disclosed so far. The midranger is nevertheless expected to be demoed during Samsung’s upcoming ‘Premier 2013‘ event scheduled to take place on June 20 in London.
For the record the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean-powered Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini packs a 1.7GHz dual-core Qualcomm silicon coupled with 1.5GB of RAM (2GB for the LTE version). Internal memory stacks up at 8GB, 5GB of which is user accessible. However, this shortcoming is compensated with the presence of a microSD card slot, which supports up to 64GB memory cards. At the back there’s a 8MP camera with LED flash, capable of recording 1080p HD @30fps video. There’s also a 1.9MP front-facing camera for video chatting.
The handset’s recent appearance at FCC also suggests that a U.S release is imminent. Preliminarily details about any U.S carrier S4 Mini offers are however not available at this time.
