The new Meizu flagship looks nearly identical to the MX2, except it has grown in size but frankly, not in thickness. Meizu has reduced the bezels at minimum, thus keeping the fingerprint of the smartphone not that big if you consider the monstrous 5-inch display. We are quite fond of its design and we think it’s one of the better-looking devices around.
Specs-wise, Meizu is once again clearly following Samsung’s trails. The Meizu MX3 houses an Exynos 5 Octa processor, the same one found on the Samsung i9500 Galaxy S4. Its 5-inch display packs 1920×1200 pixels, which results with a pleasant user experience. The battery is very big, one of the biggest found in a smartphone of 3000mAh capacity. Naturally, the MX3 features a front and back cameras with resolutions of 2MP and 8MP respectively. It runs on Flyme OS 3.0.
Meizu is expected to announce the Meizu MX3 this month, on June 13.
