Dead Trigger 2 has been already announced back in January. However, it hasn’t been until now that we’ve received a proper trailer of the actual game, and what we’ve got here is quite interesting.
It has been already known that Madfinger Games strictly concentrate on developing games specially optimized for NVIDIA Tegra processors and Dead Trigger 2 makes no exception. It’s clearly pointed out that it would be available on both today’s and yesteryear’s generations of processors, but the upcoming generation of Tegra processors, the Tegra 4, will be getting a special treatment again. Namely, if you run Dead Trigger 2 on a Tegra 4 device, you will get some more special effects and enhanced graphics and environments . Hence, even in the trailer itself, the two different environments are directly compared side by side.
While the main concern in the video lies in the capabilities of the next-gen Tegra 4 chipset, a brief part of the actual gameplay can be spotted as well. The game would certainly represent the original style found in Dead Trigger, with just a couple of enhancements and add-ins here and there. At this moment, though, only little is known regarding that subject.
For now, we can only wait for the official release and enjoy watching the console-quality graphics on the official Dead Trigger 2 trailer:
