Samsung have been quite the busy bunch this quarter (device wise that is), apparently the spotlight which was on the Galaxy S4 Mini, Galaxy S4 Active and Galaxy Mega will have to be shared with two other candidates since those two aren’t the only devices that Samsung is working on. Information on a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 and Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 has been floating around too. The information might be reliable (probably is), considering the website that leaked this information, also leaked information about the Samsung Galaxy Zoom camera phone not to long ago, which turned out to be legit.
The information comes from Russian website Hi-tech Mail. You might want to head over there yourself, with Google translate in hand. According to the info, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 (codenamed Santos 10) has the following specs: a 10.1-inch TFT-LCD display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and will be powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core processor along with 1 GB of RAM,a 13 megapixel (rear camera) and a 3 megapixel front facing camera. As for on-board memory there will be 16 or 32 GB built-in memory variants and to top it all off,a 6,800 mAh battery. Most likely there will be different models for 3G support or WiFi-only as well. The tablet will be 243.1 x 176.1 x 7.95 mm in size, weighs in at 510 grams, and will come with the latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
As for the Samsung Galaxy Ace 3 GT-S7270, it definitely is aimed at the mid-range smartphone market, considering its modest specs which are as follows: a 4-inch TFT-LCD display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels,1 Gb RAM,1Ghz dual-core processor, and 4 GB of on-board memory. As for the camera, the device will sport a 5 mega-pixel back camera and a 0.3 mega-pixel front facing camera. The resolution 800×480 is the same as its predecessor the ace 2,but it has a slightly larger screen. The device is 121.2 x 62.7 x 9.8 mm,and has a 1500 mAh battery.
Well it’s not yet official but they do seem legitimate, and will be revealed soon enough, keep it Pocketdroid for more information about these two devices.
