The Asus-made Google Nexus 7 tablet model number ME370T has just passed through a recertification process on Bluetooth SIG website, with some slight changes in the version of its ACRCP and AVCTP Bluetooth profile. The latest Bluetooth software installed is version JWR11 where “JWR” stands for the new generation of Nexus devices running Android 4.3 Jellybean operating system, which means that a change has been made at the recertification of its Bluetooth for the new version of Android.
Indirectly Bluetooth SIG confirms the next-generation of the Nexus 7 tablet which will run on Android 4.3 version. The new tablet is expected to get unveiled in the next 30 days.
In terms of hardware specification, Nexus 7 2 or whatever its name will be, will pack according to the rumor mill a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor, a 1080p screen, a rear-facing camera will also be implemented in the new variant, including wireless charging through the NFC technology.
