Back in March, Pocketdroid reported about three new Sony Xperia devices codename Gaga, Dogo and Togari, that would be coming this year, besides the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL. At that time our sources indicated that Dogo will carry the name Sony Xperia A as its global name and that it will head to NTT Docomo (japanese carrier) as Xperia SO-04E packing a 4.6 inch Full HD display as our source previously indicated, powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in memory storage, 13MP rear camera, a removable 2,300 mAh battery and Android 4.2.1 JellyBean.
These images from the FCC shows an almost similar to the Xperia Z phone, it even has the 2013 trademark power button from Sony, while its body size 139 mm × 71 mm × 7.9 mm and it weighs 146 grams.
Sony hasn’t unveiled anything about Xperia L36h aka Dogo, so far, but we know that NTT Docomo is about to announce its summer smartphone line-up on May 15th, as it always does when a new season starts and the Xperia A is part of that line-up.
Another recent leak points out that Sony Togari and Sony Dogo will go on sale in the second half of 2013, which means the Xperia A will be available sometime after June 1st.
