At the Mobile World Congress 2013 back in February, in Barcelona, Hewlett-Packard introduced their budget friendly and Android 4.1 running tablet — HP Slate 7.
The Slate 7 touted as one of the Nexus 7 competitors in 2013 is now on sale in the US for as low as $170. As a quick reminder the slate packs a Dual-Core 1.6 GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB built-in storage, 3500 mAh lithium polymer battery capacity, a 7 inch WVGA screen with 1024×600 screen resolution and two cameras: 3MP on the back and a VGA front-facing camera.
